the unsuspecting plot change

yes ladies and gents...we are making progress. book #2 aka faylinn novel #2(because we do not have a title yet) is about a 1/3 of the way finished. the more scenes i add the more excited i get just watching the story come together in front of me. and here's where starting on faylinn #2 before kaleidoscope is one hundred percent complete weighed in my favor. the plot is thickening. character's are still forming and we(and by we i mean me of course) just discovered a character in kaleidoscope is not the person we thought they were...dun dun duuuuun...SO bonus i get to go back to kaleidoscope and rewrite some scenes. eek! but it will be so much better in the end. i hope.

and because i need a break from faeries every once and while, i may or may not have started a young adult contemporary romance. it has summer time romances and beach houses and best friends like sisters and love triangles(but not in the way you might think) and of course kissing. swoon. i love it and can't wait to share more about it with you. it probably won't come out until after faylinn #2. but the characters are starting a battle in my head with the kaleidoscope leads. their stories are competing and wanting to take over all my writing time. we'll see who wins in the end!
